i used over 1.200$ in caulking , maybe 3 dollars a tube or less.
thats like 600 tubes of caulk

see if you can find somewhere other than Auralex to get it , try a HVAC, or Armstrong dealer or a commercial insulation dealer, where you get your 703 they should know where to get the caulk....... maybe

Your better off taping and using joint compound on the drywall, its denser and seals fine and its cheep,

use caulking only around the top and bottom of the wall where you leave a 1/4 " gap.

or where you dont want transmission like windows...ect........

Like I said before I couldn't find any acoustic caulk here in Portugal, what I found that was the nearest was a very elastic caulk that cost me about 6Eur a 300ml tube so it's not that cheap. The Auralex cost me 18Eur but it is a 857ml tube so in the end it is almost the same price.

The cheapest caulk I've seen here was 3Eur for a tube of 300ml.
My studio is very small compared to yours so the difference will not be that much .

Thanks for your support Steve.
I've been reading your thread, very inspiring thumbsup
