one of my favourite VSti (or synths of any sorts) has gotta be RGC audio's Triangle 2.
This thing just sounds AWESOME. You know when you play something and it just feels good? I get that from this beasty monosynth.

oh yeah...It's a freebie too!!!!!

Seriously, all of you guys in VST land should check this one out.
