It may seem like a bad thing, but actually it is really good that you found out about that now.
Much easier and cheaper to find it and fix it now than further down the track when a) it might have caused major damage before you detected it and b) it might have cost hugely to locate and correct the problem.
So actually, maybe it's a stroke of luck if you look at it that way. ;)
