Can someone tell me how to do this:
Take 1 long stereo wave file (a live band set) break it into regions then import those regions to a playlist to burn a cd from so you have seperate tracks for each song. I thought this would be a no brainer but it is kicking my ass. I keep getting a message that one of my regions is less than zero.

Any help would be appreciated or suggestions on a better way to turn one long set into seperate tracks on a cd.
