update:

After moving the particle boards and the plywood boards (not a easy task to do alone

) to do the parts underneath and fastening more than 600 screws only for the 1st layer I finally finished it.

Next week I'll have the 2nd layer (drywall) installed by the constructor, and then he will take it from there (I hope

) and things will get a lot faster.
